Pricing questions
What does “gateway included” mean?
Razorpay charges about 2% + GST on every online payment. On Trozly that charge comes out of our fee, so you don’t pay it separately. On Shopify in India you pay the gateway and Shopify’s own fee.
Is there a fee on Cash on Delivery orders?
No Trozly fee on COD. Your courier charges its own COD handling fee through Shiprocket.
When should I move from Free to Growth?
Growth costs less than Free once your online (prepaid) sales cross about ₹90,000 a month. Pro beats Growth above about ₹5 lakh a month.
How do I pay for a plan?
From your store admin → Plan & billing. Pay by UPI or card for a month or a year. Your plan starts the moment payment is confirmed.
What happens if a paid plan ends?
Your store keeps running on the Free plan’s fee. Nothing is deleted.
What is the Advanced add-on?
A one-time ₹5,000 service where our team designs your store to your brief, applies your branding and uploads up to 25 products, with two rounds of changes.
