Merchants

When you create a store we collect your name, email, phone, Google profile picture (if you sign in with Google), store details, and the bank account and PAN you add for payouts. Bank and PAN details are shared with Razorpay to set up payouts and are visible only to you and our team for fraud prevention.

Shoppers

Orders on a Trozly store collect the name, email, phone, delivery address and optional GSTIN needed to deliver the order. This data belongs to the merchant whose store you bought from; we process it on their behalf. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see full card numbers.

Sharing

We share data only to run the service: Razorpay (payments), the merchant’s Shiprocket account (shipping), our email provider (order emails), and, if the merchant connects them, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. We don’t sell personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Store analytics and ad pixels load only if the merchant has connected them, and shoppers can decline them in the cookie notice.

Your choices

Merchants can export or delete their store data. Shoppers can ask the merchant, or write to hello@trozly.com, to access or delete their data.
