Before you start
Is Trozly really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee and no product limit. You pay 4% only when a customer pays online, and that already includes the payment gateway charge. Cash on Delivery orders carry no Trozly fee.
How is Trozly different from Shopify in India?
Shopify Payments isn’t available in India, so Shopify charges up to 2% on top of your payment gateway, and COD checkout, GST invoices and shipping usually need paid apps. Trozly includes the gateway, COD, Shiprocket and GST invoices in one fee.
Do I need my own Razorpay or payment gateway account?
No. Payments run on Trozly’s Razorpay account and your share is transferred to your bank automatically on every order. You add your bank account and PAN once.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets trozly.com/your-brand free. Connecting your own domain with SSL costs ₹1,500 a year.
Can you design the store for me?
Yes. The Advanced add-on (₹5,000 one-time) gets our team to design your homepage, apply your branding and upload up to 25 products.
Can I move from Shopify or Instagram?
Yes. Start with the chat setup, then add products. Pro plan customers get help moving their catalogue from Shopify.
