Terms of Service

Trozly is run by the team behind PDFCart and Igniter. By creating a store or using trozly.com you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Trozly lets merchants build an online store, list physical products and take orders. We provide hosting, the storefront, checkout through Razorpay, and tools for shipping, invoices and marketing. The merchant is the seller of the products; we are a technology platform and not a party to the sale.

2. Accounts

Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done from your account, including logins you create for staff.

3. Plans and fees

The Free plan has no monthly fee and a 4% fee on each order paid online. Growth (₹999 a month) has a 2.9% fee and Pro (₹2,999 a month) a 2.5% fee. The payment gateway charge is included in these fees. Cash on Delivery orders carry no Trozly fee. A paid plan runs for the period you pay for; when it ends the store continues on the Free plan’s fee. The custom design service (₹5,000) and custom domain connection (₹1,500 a year) are optional. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice for future periods; periods already paid for are not affected.

4. Payments and payouts

Customer payments are processed by Razorpay on our merchant account. Your share (order total minus the platform fee) is transferred to your bank account through Razorpay Route, subject to Razorpay’s settlement timelines and its verification of your bank and PAN. Online payments stay switched off until your bank account is active.

5. Your responsibilities as a seller

You are responsible for your products, prices, taxes (including GST registration where required), invoices, shipping, returns, refunds and customer service, and for following Indian law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, labelling rules and any licences your category needs (for example FSSAI for food). Your store must show accurate seller and grievance details.

6. What you can’t sell

No counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, nothing illegal in India, no weapons, drugs, tobacco or alcohol, no adult products, no medicines that need a prescription, and nothing that breaks Razorpay’s or the courier’s policies. We may pause a store that breaks these rules.

7. Content

You keep ownership of your content and give us a licence to host and display it to run your store. Don’t upload photos or text you don’t have the right to use.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Ending the service

You can close your store at any time. We may suspend or close stores that break these terms, after notice except where the law or fraud prevention requires immediate action.
